Hi!
Welcome to my first ever post for my small section Life in Lines, in which I share a tiny personal anecdote every day.
So today is, I made curry chickpeas from this recipe.
And I must say, it's an absolute 5-star worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Well, I haven't eaten any standard curry chickpeas so I don't have anything to compare, but with my taste, it's really rich in flavour: The creamy texture thanks to coconut milk, the addicted taste by all the Indian seasoning: Garam Masala, turmeric, coriander, cumin...
And the greatest thing is... it's cooked in one pot, and I don't have to clean that much. This, this is the greatest point for a lazy-ass like me 😂.
Recipe is the spine of the meal, but you can also adjust to fit your taste. For me, I put more Garam Masala for a stronger taste, more chillies because I'm a hardcore spicy lover.
Also, as in the supermarket, I cannot find any Naan (flatbread), so I substitute them with some wraps fried with air fry. It cannot beat Naan, of course, but it's still taste good with the curry!
Lots of love,
Chynnerio
